Kayar Care is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to expand our franchise network. The ideal candidate will identify potential franchise partners, generate qualified leads, conduct business presentations, and guide prospects through the franchise acquisition process. Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new franchise leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct franchise presentations and business opportunity meetings.
- Explain the company's franchise model, investment, and operational process.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from inquiry to onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and franchise expos to generate leads.
- Follow up with prospects and negotiate franchise agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
